3.6 PP reserves the right to withdraw employees from Premises if significant hazard becomes apparent and to make additional charges for work interruption.

4. Use and Maintenance Instructions for the Goods
4.1 Customer acknowledges that PP's warranties for Goods and Services are subject to these Installation Terms and Conditions and Customer following use and maintenance instructions, including Maintenance Guidelines.
4.2 PP will provide Maintenance Guidelines to Customer upon completion of Services.
4.3 For window film, after Services, Customer will not:
- Clean windows with installed Goods for at least 30 days after installation to allow adhesive to adhere properly
- Use brushes, pure ammonia, industrial-strength cleaners, or abrasive materials to clean installed Goods
- Use razor blade scrapers, coarse paper towels, or abrasive cleaning tools on installed Goods
- Expose installed Goods to extreme temperatures immediately after installation
4.4 Customer will ensure no sharp objects such as furniture come into direct contact with installed Goods.
4.5 For window film, after Services, Customer may use:
- Soft, clean cloth to wash and dry windows with installed Goods
- Windex or similar window cleaning solutions on installed Goods
- Rubber squeegee on installed Goods
4.6 After Services, PP will keep installation site(s) reasonably free of debris.
4.7 Cosmetic finishing, drywall repairs, painting, and caulking are to be arranged by Customer after installation and are not PP's responsibility.
5. Drying Period of the Goods
5.1 Window film Services use a water-based application method. The installation procedure uses a special detergent and water solution followed by squeegeeing to remove excess water. Some excess water droplets may remain after Services.
5.2 Customer acknowledges the drying period for Goods to adhere to the window may take 60 to 150 days.
5.3 Customer acknowledges the drying period may increase due to ambient temperature, film thickness, and sunlight exposure. This is residual moisture trapped under the film that evaporates as Goods cure.
5.4 To facilitate faster drying, PP recommends leaving window coverings open as much as possible. Lack of ventilation to warmer air could delay evaporation and bubble formation.
6. Compliance with Law; Governmental Consents
6.1 Customer acknowledges they must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances and obtain any provincial, municipal, or governmental licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, or permits required for Company to install the Goods.
6.2 Customer is responsible for obtaining any municipal consents required for installation, including those relating to building codes, regulations, and excessive property fortification.
Final Acknowledgment
"A failure to abide by these Installation Terms and Conditions may impact the application of the warranties provided to Customer under the General Terms and Conditions."
